Computer ghetto issues, outings, etc.

Things have been good for the most part lately, but I've been feeling iffy...I have a feeling that will pass soon though ^_^

Oddly enough, three days in a row I've been somewhat busy in relation to hearing from people I haven't in awhile or getting out of the house with friends. (yay- no more cabin fever!)

On Weds., a friend called a few of us up and we met at the bowling alley to hang out; even though I didn't bowl it was still fun to be around that whole atmosphere and play air hockey :) On Thursday, I get a phone call from Jennifer out of nowhere; she's been studying at San Francisco state and said she thought of me :D she was nice enough to pick me up and we caught up on old times..and after walking on the wharf and up and down alavarado, we went to California Pizza Kitchen and Jennifer called up PJ to try to get her there as well for all of us to hang out; that didn't happen but we did make plans to do something next Saturday... :) so yay! fun times. I just met up with PJ and her boyfriend last Saturday w/ Adam (out of not talking to her for what seemed like forever) and now after like, oh I don't know...almost 5 years, all of us three are going to go somewhere to kick it and whatnot....fun times.

In other news, my dad decided he wants to buy a new computer for the house (considering the one we have is 8 years old, probably a good idea) the downside? I've had to forward all my freakin' files I want to save from this computer to my aol e-mail. Why you ask? because our cd-rom drive isn't working, the A drive isn't working, and the cd-burner drive is being crappy and not allowing me to burn anything (but at least it allowed me to savage my 55 music songs before it did! :)
so yup..that's been about it.
